Spring Break Update

• Coach's Vacation
• Tomorrow - Trent gone - Practice as usual.  Lifting Coaches will be in the weight room at 2:40. Review the workout and organize yourselves
• Friday Trent Gone- Mueller Park is using the Track. Run your workouts on your own somewhere else.
• No Team Practice over Spring Break - Please follow the workouts that you can.  Use this time to build your fitness if possible.
• Monday April 10th - Trent Gone - Practice as usual. Review the workout and organize yourselves

• Spring Break Projects
• If anyone is sticking around for Spring Break and would be willing to spearhead some field maintenance, please contact me.
• Clean up and rake out Long Jump and Shot Put Area
• Fix discus throwing net with some fasteners

• April 11th - Jr High Track Meet

• I'll be returning home around 11:00 - Hope to get to the school around 12:00 and start organizing.  I'd welcome any help.

• This is a Varsity meet focusing on Relay Events & Field Events
• No open 200, 400, or 800
• Limited Slots

• April 14th - Phoenix Invite Meet @ Farmington
• This is a Varsity meet
• All events offered but with minimum qualification standards
• Limited Slots

• April 20^th – Bountiful Hosting Bonneville & Viewmont HS
• This is an open meet for all
• We will need to fill all the same assignments as we did for the JR High Meet
